Is AANIYAH JEWELS jewellery made of real silver?
Yes. All our silver jewellery is crafted using 925 Sterling Silver, ensuring quality, durability, and a premium finish.
Is your jewellery handmade?
Yes. Most of our jewellery is handcrafted or manually finished, which may result in slight variations. These are a mark of authenticity and craftsmanship.
Are your designs exclusive?
Yes. Our designs are original and carefully curated, developed with a strong focus on elegance, detail, and everyday luxury.
Do you use real gold?
Our jewellery is made of 925 sterling silver with high-quality gold plating. We do not sell solid gold jewellery at this time.
GOLD PLATING & QUALITY
How long does gold plating last?
Gold plating longevity depends on usage and care. We provide a 6-month gold plating assurance for jewellery used for occasional wear only.
What does “occasional wear” mean?
Occasional wear refers to jewellery worn for limited durations and not exposed to water, sweat, perfumes, or chemicals regularly.
Will the plating fade over time?
Yes. Gold plating naturally fades over time with use. Proper care can significantly extend its life.
Is plating assurance applicable for daily wear?
No. The plating assurance does not cover daily, heavy, or rough usage.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship across India only.
How long does it take to process an order?
Order Processing Time : 15 – 20 working days.
- Made – to – Order : 20 – 25 Working Days.
Bespoke Jewelry : 25 – 35 working days after design finalization.
Each piece undergoes careful quality inspection before dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–7 working days, depending on your location.
Will I receive tracking details?
Yes. Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp after dispatch.
RETURNS, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATIONS
Do you accept returns?
No. We do not accept returns, as most jewellery is handcrafted or made to order.
When is exchange applicable?
Exchange is applicable only if the product is damaged or defective due to delivery.
What are the conditions for exchange?
Unboxing video is mandatory
Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Exchange will be provided for the same product only
Can I cancel my order?
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled, especially for made-to-order jewellery.
